Modified to 21-15-9 after the first 15 or so took me 3 minutes.
10:02 as modded - will revisit in a month.
Also, for the last week or so I’ve been including some flexibility/ mobility work into my mix but it has been unstructured to say the least. Leon put me on to the following combination that looks pretty handy. As an experiment of 1 I’m going to do it daily for a month and see how things improve
