Starting a second cycle now after a week’s layoff. Planning to start at my finishing loads for last cycle and roll forward. Have a Crossfit friendly on the Games weekend so have a little more focus for my training. Going to try actually programming my own training instead of winging it - apparently I’m okay at it so maybe it will work for me too?!
