Cycle 1, Deload Week

324 “Beta”

1 2 x bodyweight deadlift on the minute for 5 minutes

Used 420lb which is 10 - 12lb over RX

15-10-5
deadlift 315lb
ring dips

2:21 - deads slowed down a bit but unbroken as were ring dips but kip rhythm was all over the place. 2:10 is doable i think if I sharpen the kip up but sub 2 will need a little more capacity with the deads. Fun stuff.
